Had a busy day today. Our helper did not come today. So, I had to clean up the house and take care of my kid who was home today also. She has little cold. She was fine as soon as we told her 'No school today !'
I remembered my childhood. I always had almost 100% attendance. Coincidentally my husband also had 100% attendance in his school days. In fact he would be ready for school 1 hour before time.
He was typical scholar guy. My reason was my mom had office and there was no one to look after me.
Schools these days have everything. But students don't feel that connect. Everything is marketing marketing. Many people have the same observation.
Teachers in India are so occupied and stressful. Teachers are the backbone of a country. It should be a highly valued profession.
I heard Japan has a lot of respect for Teachers in their culture. Like There is a Army sign on army person's vehicle , they have a Teacher sign on Teacher's vehicle in Japan.
Also, when in court even the judge has to stand up when a professor or a teacher is present in the audience to show respect.
I guess that's how they rose from ashes to sky. From atomic attacks to this day..
