Good Morning.. Its little early to publish this blog post. But I will be going to a party tonight. I have to take leave in second half of the day. I have bought new outfit to try. Got my hair oiled and shampooed and did Curd facial at home.
Finally A day with The three Magical words ....
"NO COOKING TONIGHT"!!!
Otherwise, what should I cook tonight is a national question rather a global question for all of us. There will be a party on Sunday afternoon also. I have bought a different kind of dress for that one too. Don't know how it will look on me. But I would like to try something new. There is a back up plan also if I don't feel confident enough.
My kid destroys my make up kit. She writes on mirror with my Kajal and lipstick. So I did not buy expensive Kajal and lipstick this time. But I needed it in one day. Thankfully got them delivered in one day. Hope the shade suits me.
Coincidentally the olive color I will be wearing will match with Sumit's sweatshirt. I bought a really nice sweatshirt this time for him. A bit expensive but it is so worth it!
I also have to buy something for my kid.
See even while dressing for a party, a woman has to dress up 3 more characters in her mind...
The kid- who is always ready to soil the dress with cakes and likes only cotton...and she MUST look like a princess.. I have to make sure its washed and ironed and ready.. otherwise you get to hear.. "If I had a daughter, I would have bought all those cute dresses for her... why is your kid wearing a simpler dress?"
I am telling you daughters hate those princess frocks...They want simple cotton ones so that they have all the freedom to be the little monsters they actually are!!
My father in law takes a lot of interest in what he will be wearing for a party. And he will keep asking me if it looks good on him or not.
The lazy husband who opens a cupboard and whatever falls on his feet, it is the outfit of the day for him....
ONE stain on his sweatshirt- the expensive olive one.. I am telling you I am not buying anything else for him this year....
