It's all lack of sleep 

1. The way we handle our emotions 

2. The way we project our feelings

3. Basically emotional intelligence is at a major loss the very next day when you don't sleep properly. 

I wonder how do we overcome this as new moms... 

"sleep when your baby sleeps" doesn't work really...
