So, we opened it in 3 days. And not a single mango was good enough to eat. It was all good to look at but you squeeze it or cut it to eat and hell!! They were really really bad. Even my sister's family got the same quality. None of us could eat a single mango. We could have got better mangoes in our own respective cities rather than paying the konkan guy paying a higher amount.
Konkan people are really sweet if you meet them. Very punctual and honest too. My origin is also Konkan. Our ancestors lived there some 3 generations ago.
But that time, I realized that we really preserve some people, some relations as our own. Our friends and our relatives. We admire them like precious gems.
But when the time comes, they all show up as rotten mangoes. Really full of bad worms and smelly. You have trouble in even throwing them out of your lives/ homes.
What to do... don't worry!! There are so many resources where you get really good quality mangoes. Truly Unexpected resources! And unbelievable support .. sometimes the most ignored ones turn out to be real ones.
